Zach Carpenter came to be the lead pastor at Freedom Naz on March 10, 2024.  After many years as a worship pastor, conference director, and long time staff member, Zach and Julie felt called to Sunbury to be a part of something different... something stretching... something extraordinary... in this exploding community.  As lead pastor, the Carpenters are excited to come alongside the people of Sunbury, and the surrounding areas to help everyone know:  JESUS...CHANGES...EVERYTHING!

Pastor Zach is an ordained elder in the Global Church of the Nazarene, and holds his ministry degree from Northwest Nazarene University.

Pastor Zach and Julie are excited to do ministry with their two amazing children, Lydia and Ezequiel.
